Friggen enchanting!

Gah! that's the 4th time i have spent a perm item and a enchanting set to try and enchant something and failed!

4 failures and not one success... starting to get annoying >.< So many wasted perms and astros.


anyone else have frustrations about enchanting?

ive never tried enchanting, what happens if you fail?

The item gets +0, the perm disapears and the gear enchanter disapears, disapointing

the perm disappears? you mean it loses its permanence, does it turn into like, 10 days or something?

I mean it disapears, vanishes completely, ceases to exist. xD

gosh, thats pretty harsh.. then what are the chances of getting a +20 or more items. i heard some have those

It's really rare getting up there, not many people get there, i've only seen one. But i'm certainly not going to get there at this rate >.<

i saw that +25 is the max.. i got gear enchants from a quest.. it says

select a gear to enchant
select a gear to use as material

so does that mean, the "gear to enchant" doesnt disappear, but the "material to use" is whats gonna disappear wether its successful or not.. is that how it works?

yeah, the gear to enchant doesn't disappear even if it fails, but the material and the gear enchanter does, i'm assume it does even if you pass, but i'm not sure, as i've never succeeded.

yeah, it will probably disappear also, so thats bye bye one perm and one gear enchanter wether its successful or not.. it costs to be stat-strong i guess
